If an Affiliate is found in violation of this Code, in addition to any other rights or remedies under the Agreement, Company may immediately suspend Affiliate from the Affiliate Program without notice, and any or all commissions may be withheld or voided.

PPC & SEM Guidelines:

• It must NOT bid on any trademarks, brands or keywords of the Company, or its suppliers and partners, including any variations or misspellings thereof for search or content-based campaigns on Google, Facebook, BING, Yahoo or any other search engine or platform.
• It must NOT use in your ad copy, ad title, display and final URL our Trademarks or Brands (including misspellings and variations) without first obtaining written permission from the Company.
• It must NOT direct link to our website from any Pay Per Click ad or Pay Per Call ad using redirects that yield the same result. Affiliate links must be directed to an actual page on your website.
• It must NOT bid in any manner appearing higher than any of our Brands for any search term in any auction style Pay Per Click or Pay Per Call advertising program.

Affiliate agrees not to bid on and/or make use of the brand name CheapOair.com in whole or in part or in any other form, shape and variation thereof whatsoever for Google, Yahoo and Bing Affiliate Pay per Click ("PPC") campaigns. This includes use of CheapOair.com brand terms in affiliate ad copies and display URLs. Affiliate also agrees not to represent themselves as the official CheapOair website in any SEM ad campaigns anywhere.

Miscellaneous - Special Instructions 

In order to adhere to Google Webmaster Guidelines. CheapOair requires that our affiliate partners "nofollow' any links used in conjunction with CheapOair's affiliate program. Links that are paid for and are not "nofollowed" (e.g. any links intended to manipulate PageRank or a site's ranking in Google) will not be tolerated. Links that CheapOair pays commission or for advertising that are " do follow" are in violation of Google's Webmaster Guidelines. In order to participate in CheapOair's affiliate program all links used must be "nofollow".

Terms and Conditions

Please note the following restrictions:

InvolveAsia will not tolerate for any affiliates and it's conversion that come in as a result of non-compliance with the guidelines listed below. Violating affiliates will be blocked from InvolveAsia offers and their accounts will be subject to a formal audit which may result in account suspension or deactivation and payment forfeiture.

We highly recommend you read the guidelines outlined below and It is your sole responsibility to familiarize and comply these guidelines. Any dispute afterward will not be entertain. Should you need further clarity, do contact your Affiliate Manager.

* No usage of copyrighted videos on YouTube or any other video/streaming site.

* No bidding on Brand name/Advertiser name keywords in AdWords/Bing/Yahoo/7Search or any other search engines (Brand Bidding).

* No Bot / Software Generated traffic of any kind.

* No Ad Ware / Spyware traffic allowed.

* No Misleading ads or creatives.

* No Substituted Search Engine Results Page.

* No Bundling of this offer with any other offers signup / installation process.

* Duplicate/invalid leads/installs/sales/conversions will be charged back at the end of the month.
